LPC-Associate

I am a graduate student at Houston Baptist University, where I am currently working towards receiving my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, which will allow me to obtain my LPC Licensure.

I believe that true healing occurs when it is nurtured in progression, not perfection! My calling is to be able to assist children, teens, and young adults in being able to heal from their traumatic experiences, allowing them to be empowered and confident in who they are. My goal as a therapist is to ensure that I create a non-judgmental space filled with compassion, acceptance, and support, where clients and I can collaborate to implement effective strategies to promote growth and healing.

Your therapeutic journey is one that is unique to you and is achieved by curating styles that best meet your individualized needs as a client. I primarily operate from a Cognitive-Behavioral approach and integrate tools and strategies from Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. Let’s embark on this journey together!
